I received very bad experience with both the self-heating smart coffee mug and the customer service from the employees.
This product was advertised that it includes a mobile phone app that can be used to regulate the temperature. This is not true. The sample sent to me did not include a mobile app feature.
This obviously a case of deceptive marketing and very disappointing.
The battery in the mug is unable to keep the max temperature for more than a few minutes and it goes off and you have to place the mug on the charger again.
The service I received from the customer service when I complained about the lack of app was extremely rude, unprofessional and they displayed an unwillingness to even resolve my concerns.
I am extremely disappointed in this product and would not recommend this product to anyone.
